Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately for upgrades, or at your next billing cycle for downgrades.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfers for annual enterprise contracts. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?

Absolutely. Both the Pro and Business plans come with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You'll have access to all features during the trial period.
What happens when I reach my storage limit?

You'll receive an email notification at 80% and 95% of your storage limit. You can either delete files to free up space, or upgrade to a higher plan for more storage.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or education?

Yes! We offer 50% discounts for verified nonprofits and educational institutions. Contact our support team with your organisation details to apply.
Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. There are no cancellation fees. If you cancel a monthly plan, you'll retain access until the end of the billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable after 30 days.
